Hadsten School is looking for good people for the middle years!

You have strong relational skills, a good heart, and are motivated by succeeding in a pedagogical practice based on a child-centered view, where we see the best in all children and meet our students with respect and curiosity in action and speech.

You are trained as a teacher and can teach, for example, Danish, nature/technology, practical/music subjects and German.

If you recognise your teacher personality in the description, then perhaps you are the one we are looking for!

As a teacher with us you play a crucial role in creating a safe and predictable everyday life, where both learning and well-being are in focus. This means that we work ambitiously to ensure that all children every day learn something new about the world, about themselves and about others. Therefore we expect you to:

• Have good collaboration skills and see teamwork as the natural central point in the work with the students’ development.
• Have a solid grasp of both general didactics and subject didactics and have experience with classroom management.
• Want to work independently, perseveringly and purposefully on trusting relationships with both students, colleagues and parents, and that you therefore place high value on class community and school–home cooperation.
• Take pride in creating a varied and coherent day for the students with a focus on learning, well-being and development.
• That you can take responsibility and work independently.

We offer

Dedicated and skilled colleagues who work so that the school’s pupils learn something new about the world, themselves and others every day, and where we believe that people are formed in the communities they participate in.

Hadsten School is a dynamic and well-run school with about 600 wonderful pupils. We have – in addition to general classes from 0-9 – also a 10th-grade center and autism-specific special classes.

We need people in different temporary schedules. Further information

If you have questions about the above, you are very welcome to contact the middle school head of department Mette Daugbjerg Møller at 89 64 47 20 or [email protected]. We conduct ongoing interviews.

Favrskov Municipality can only accept applications submitted electronically. It is a condition of employment that the person we intend to hire has not been convicted of offenses that would render them unsuitable to hold the position. A criminal record check will therefore be obtained for the candidate who is offered employment.
