Head of one of Denmark's best language centres

VSKdansk is a large and successful language center, which has departments in Ballerup, Farum, Glostrup and Kastrup. VSKdansk is domiciled in Brøndby Municipality and has its main address in Glostrup. VSKdansk offers many teaching programs, including Danish education, FVU-education and special courses, and VSKdansk hosts a wide range of exams. The center collaborates with public and private companies and has development projects, which include an Erasmus project on the use of AI as well as a project on gamification in teaching.

As director of VSKdansk you report to the employment chief of Brøndby Municipality, and you share the daily management of the language center with a competent and experienced leadership team. A main task will be to maintain and further develop the language center's good relationships with the 12 greater Copenhagen municipalities and to ensure that VSKdansk remains appropriately positioned in a language center area where there is competition, and where reforms are expected.

We expect that you have relevant managerial experience including experience with leading leaders and strategic leadership, and we emphasize that you are strategically minded with an implementable and guiding leadership approach. We also expect that you have financial and business understanding, and that you can navigate in relation to political leadership and a complex stakeholder landscape.
