A bit about us

In Helhedsplejen Præstø we work based on the new Elderly Act. We have a strong multidisciplinary collaboration and build our daily work on values such as proximity, professionalism and respect.

You will become part of our outreach evening shift team, which consists of social- and health care assistants and social- and health care aides. We start and finish the shift from Multicenter Præstø, and during the shift you will always have the opportunity to consult with a nurse. Helhedsplejen Præstø covers the areas Præstø/Jungshoved and Bårse/Lundby.

We place great emphasis on a safe and supportive collegial community, where we help each other during the shift and make each other look good.

Your tasks

You will have a varied and independent workday with close contact to both citizens and partners.

Your tasks will include, among other things, personal care, practical assistance and delegated nursing tasks such as e.g. tube feeding, wound care, stomal care, medication administration as well as psychological support and relational work. There are also acute tasks where there is a need for your health professional assessment of the citizen’s condition.

We work with prevention and early intervention and hold a joint triage meeting at the start of shifts.

We document in NEXUS – and you will of course receive a good introduction.

About the position

• We offer full-time – but final hours can be agreed according to your wishes
• Evening shifts – but with the possibility of some day shifts if desired
• Work every second weekend
• Start: 1 December 2026
