About the job

Do you want to work with digital solutions, data and telepolicy – and do you thrive working with both IT systems and more classical generalist tasks? Then maybe you are the one we are looking for.

The Danish Agency for Digitisation (Digitaliseringsstyrelsen) prepares three statistics on the telemarket. The statistics are central to follow-up on the national goal of ensuring good internet coverage for all Danes. At the same time, the statistics provide a solid basis for decisions in the telepolicy area to be based on high-quality facts.

The Tele Office (Kontor for tele) is now looking for a colleague who will play a central role in maintaining and further developing our new Power Platform solution, which supports the preparation of the statistics. You will solve the task in close collaboration with your colleagues and contribute to the work with data on the telemarket as well as participate in projects that will realise the political decisions on the telecommunications area.

Your tasks You will become part of a team that works with figures about the telemarket and a number of other tasks in the telecommunications area. Among other things, your tasks will be to:

  • collect, process and create an overview of data from Danish telecom operators and ensure a solid data foundation for the calculations of developments in the telecom market.
  • maintain and further develop the office’s Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate and Power BI, in close collaboration with your colleagues.
  • develop a new solution for visualising and communicating the results, for example a Power BI solution.
  • participate in projects under the telepolicy agreement from 2025 and solve more classical generalist tasks.

We offer an exciting everyday life with good colleagues, high professional standards, engagement and an informal environment. You will become part of a team where tasks are solved in close collaboration and with good humour.

Tele Office You will become part of the Tele Office, which is a professionally strong and engaged office with 55 colleagues distributed across six teams. Here, lawyers, engineers and social science profiles work closely together to ensure good framework conditions for digital infrastructure in Denmark – from mobile and broadband coverage to the use of frequencies and the deployment of new technology.

The office is characterised by a strong professional and social cohesion, where we support each other, share knowledge and prioritise a good and informal tone. A good working environment ensures strong collaboration relationships among the staff – an environment you can become part of.

About you We are looking for a thorough and engaged colleague who enjoys working with data and numbers. You want to familiarise yourself with IT systems and help maintain and develop them while you can also bring your other professional competencies into play.

You have a relevant academic degree. You may, for example, have experience with data and digital tools or have built strong analytical competencies through work in a political organisation. The most important thing is that you want to combine your professional skills with work on data and digital solutions.

You will fit well in the role if you recognise yourself in several of the following points:

  • You are structured and thorough and have an eye for detail and data quality.
  • You have a flair for IT and digital solutions and a desire to understand how systems work and how they can be maintained and developed.
  • You thrive working with data and numbers and are willing to use Excel in your work.
  • You are analytical, can see connections and can express yourself briefly and precisely in writing.
  • You collaborate well with colleagues and external stakeholders and contribute to driving tasks forward.

It is an advantage if you have experience with the Power Platform, for example Power Automate or Power BI, but it is not a requirement.
