As Retail Operation Partner you report to the CEO and gain direct influence on the development of our stores. You will be the link between the company’s strategic plans and the stores’ day-to-day reality. You will have the opportunity to shape how we work with performance, operations and development across the organization.

It is a newly created role with broad exposure, lots of development opportunities and the chance to deliver visible results. You do not personally manage the daily operations of the stores. Instead, you will use your experience, business understanding and analytical strength to develop, inspire and challenge our store managers.

An strategic role with great influence

As Retail Operation Partner you will become an important sparring partner for our store managers and a central contributor to the company’s continued development.

In everyday life you work closely with the store managers to understand store performance, identify patterns, challenge habits and find new development opportunities. Based on data, business understanding and practical retail experience you translate insights into concrete recommendations that strengthen both operations, customer experience and results.

You function as the link between the company’s strategic ambitions and the stores’ daily reality. Through dialogue, analyses and ongoing follow-up you contribute to ideas and initiatives being translated into action and creating value in practice.

The role is advisory and supportive. You do not have personnel responsibility, but you create momentum through professionalism, collaboration and credible sparring. At the same time you contribute insights and recommendations to the CEO on where we can intervene to strengthen performance and development across the organization.

Your primary areas of responsibility

• Analyze the stores’ KPIs and financial results and identify variances and improvement opportunities.
• Translate data and operational insight into concrete, prioritized recommendations.
• Collaborate with and constructively challenge store managers on operations and performance.
• Support the preparation of action plans with clear goals and activities.
• Follow up on implementation and effect of initiatives and recommend adjustments.
• Share experiences and good solutions across the stores.

·                   3-4 days per week in the stores focusing on sparring, analysis, development and follow-up together with the store managers.

• Communicate significant challenges and opportunities to the CEO and relevant functions at head office and collaborate with HR when needed.

Who are you?

We imagine that you have experience from retail and have worked with management, operations and development of multiple stores, for example as Regional Manager, District Manager or Retail Manager.

You have a strong commercial understanding, are used to working with KPIs and financial results, and know what it takes to create development and performance in retail.
