We are one of Roskilde's best-selling real estate agencies, and we have a strong position in the local housing market. At the same time, we are in the process of opening another office in the Roskilde area. Therefore we are seeking an experienced real estate agent who would like to become an important part of our continued development.

About the position

You will play a central role in the business and will primarily work with valuations, listing and sales, client care, property viewings, negotiations and sales.

We believe that people perform best when they have the opportunity to focus on what they are good at. Therefore you will have the opportunity to spend most of your time with clients and on generating revenue.

Behind you stands a strong and competent administrative team, which helps with the paperwork and administrative tasks. This gives you time and freedom to concentrate on valuations, relationships and sales.

For the right person, the position may eventually include the possibility of partnership and thus an even larger role in the development of our businesses in and around Roskilde.

We imagine that you

• Are a trained real estate agent or well on your way to completing the education
• Have solid experience with listing and selling homes
• Are strong in dialogue with both sellers and buyers
• Are results-oriented and motivated by creating new business
• Work independently, structured and follow your tasks to the letter
• Have good local knowledge or the desire to quickly build it
• Are a team player who contributes positively to the team's overall success
• Place trustworthiness, honesty and accountability high
• Have a good sense of humor and appreciate a workplace where there is room to have fun
