About the job

Hop aboard and become an administration bachelor intern in the On-Call Scheme. Here you will have the opportunity to test all your learned competencies from both the basic education and the elective modules, as we work with many kinds of tasks within HR, communication and administration.

The On-Call Scheme is the link between the departments in the Region of Southern Denmark and a large number of highly qualified and competent temporary staff. We support the healthcare sector and the social area in creating coherence in the shift planning, and now you can influence the important mission!

An internship with room for you

As an administration bachelor intern you will become part of the daily operations and have the opportunity to work with tasks that fit both your education and your interests. The starting point for the internship is in the booking team, but your program will be tailored individually depending on the wishes and competencies you bring.

You may, among other things, come to work with the following

Administration and finance

  • Assign access to ESDH systems
  • Data collection in Temponizer (The On-Call Scheme’s booking system)
  • Reporting and presentation of data in Excel
  • Draft and publish job postings
  • Financial management relating to temporary staff in the On-Call Scheme

Recruitment

  • Onboarding of new temporary staff
  • Conduct employment interviews, information meetings, set up temporary staff etc.
  • Participate in recruitment activities such as job fairs, meetings at the job center, etc.
  • Controlling of temporary staff activity in the On-Call Scheme

Booking

  • Create shifts and book temporary staff for regional workplaces
  • Receive and handle inquiries from temporary staff and customers by phone, via chat function and email
  • Advise customers and temporary staff on working hours rules and flexible solutions
  • Plan and coordinate special tasks from current and new customers (e.g., a nurse for a fixed night shift for the next two weeks)
  • Complaint handling

Tasks in all teams

  • Quality assure workflows across teams
  • Ongoing evaluation and development of workflows and systems – e.g., robot solution for child attestations, criminal record checks etc.
  • Board meetings in each team where development tasks are discussed
  • Discussion of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for the monthly meeting
  • Meeting planning, minutes taking and follow-up of agreements/tasks
  • Phone support in Puzzel

The most important thing for us is not that you know everything in advance. We expect that you are curious, engaged and eager to learn .

Knowledge of the welfare area and professional groups would be an advantage but not a requirement.

In addition, you must be prepared that telephone support is a large part of the internship, where you will receive calls and call customers/temporary staff to coordinate and plan the collaboration.

An informal workplace with a guarantee of personal and professional development

With us you will get

  • a mentor for the internship who accompanies you throughout the program
  • guidance once a week or as needed
  • a versatile internship place where you face challenging tasks
  • opportunity for independent tasks
  • experience with a regional, politically governed organization and an area with many different professional disciplines internal and external
