House Assistant for the Endoscopic Department

6-month temporary position, possibly with the option of extension, as a house assistant for washing equipment in our Endoscopic Department in the Surgical Department K at North Zealand Hospital in Hillerød. Brief about Department K Department K at North Zealand Hospital is a large department spread over two campuses in Hillerød and Frederikssund.

Brief about the position as a house assistant in the Endoscopy Department Endoscopy K0624 at North Zealand Hospital in Hillerød has 6 investigation rooms with opening hours Monday - Friday from 8-16.

Your workday will primarily fall in the time 10 – 15, Monday – Thursday. Also 10 – 16:30 on Tuesdays and Fridays.

The position is 26 hours per week spread over 5 working days, starting on 1.1.2027 or as agreed.

The position is shift- and weekend-free.

You will work closely with the department's two other house assistants and during holiday periods there may, by agreement, be an opportunity to increase the number of hours. For example in connection with winter holidays and Easter or other leave arrangements.

You will receive an individual introduction and training program for endoscope washing and other tasks in the Endoscopy Department in Hillerød.

We are looking for a colleague who can work across disciplines, reads, speaks and understands Danish. You must be service-minded, have “technical skills” and be a good team player who takes independent responsibility for the tasks.

You will, together with a colleague, be responsible for the daily washing and maintenance of our scope equipment for the examination of the stomach and intestinal system. Also assist with other tasks related to the preparation of materials for the examination rooms.

You will become part of a team where you collaborate daily with the nurses and where your contribution is highly valued and where collegial cohesion and cooperation are highly prioritized.

Employment terms You will be employed in accordance with the collective agreement for skilled service assistants, etc., or in accordance with the collective agreement for house assistants, etc. You are covered by the current working hours agreement between the Regions' Payroll and Rates Board and FOA during your employment.
