Information Technology Support Specialist (Tønder)

Job

We need a colleague for our support team in Tønder who can identify a problem, break it down into solvable elements and implement the solution with our customers. We are looking for a service-minded and outgoing person with a sense for structured work and quality. You shall independently, though with support from the company's knowledge base, help to solve a range of operational tasks such as helpdesk, onsite service, implementations, documentation and general assistance regarding IT-related areas for our customers.

We are approximately 50 employees spread across offices in Nærum, Odense, Odder and Tønder, delivering and maintaining companies' IT infrastructure and systems as well as supporting their employees with all IT-related aspects. We work among other things with cloud solutions, server hosting, Microsoft solutions (including M365), IT security, servers, networks, PCs/Macs, application development and IT compliance.

Our desires & expectations for you

You should have a presentable appearance. You should be able to speak/write Danish and English fluently. You must have a driving license. You must work in a structured way with an understanding of documentation and ITIL/SPOC case handling as an absolute necessity. You must be able to handle your own cases while also being a technical support for your colleagues and be willing to join a team where everyone gives 100% for the task.

You should preferably have 2-3 years of experience in a similar position and be ready to take the next step in your career. You should have a solid technical foundation with O365, Azure, Windows server environments including preferably RDS, Exchange, HyperV virtualization, networks and IT security including recognized firewalls and backup systems.
