Instructor for the Department of Employee Development

EUC Syd is seeking an instructor for the department of employee development and consultancy work, starting 1 December or as soon as possible.

The department's clients are private and public companies, to whom we offer organizational and competence development, including quality, communication, collaboration, the work environment, as well as LEAN.

In collaboration with the customer, we actively work to translate the company's strategies into actions and initiate change processes among employees.

The teaching is practice-oriented and usually takes place at the customer's premises with programs tailored to the customer's needs and wishes. The teaching can also be conducted as online instruction.

Areas of work

Your tasks will be

• Teaching employees, among other things, LEAN and quality courses
• Teaching in the areas of work environment, ergonomics and conflict management
• Development of new and existing teaching concepts
• Planning of course programs in collaboration with our customers
• Administrative tasks related to competency resources
• Consultancy and outreach work to spread our course activities.

Qualifications

To be considered for the position you must have either relevant teaching experience or experience from manufacturing companies.

• Are familiar with online teaching and the use of digital possibilities
• Have knowledge of and interest in employee development
• Can accommodate learners with different prerequisites/backgrounds
• Are outgoing and flexible
• Are engaged and self-starting
• Have a flair for administrative tasks
• Are mobile, as teaching may take place at different addresses.

Salary and employment terms

Employment is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
