Instructor for the VVS training programs

The job

You will become part of the VVS team at HANSENBERG. The education is located together with a number of other educations – including the carpenter, blacksmith, mechanic and electrician education.

Your strong professional expertise in the VVS area should be integrated into how our students are best prepared for an industry in rapid development. You must therefore have a strong interest in teaching others. You must be able to create a good dialogue with the companies where the students are in apprenticing to ensure the best possible cooperation.

Your qualifications

We expect that you

• have an education as a VVS energy specialist or preferably a higher education as a VVS technician, VVS installer, marine engineer or other relevant education
• are sharp in the energy field
• have relevant practical experience with your VVS education
• can use various IT tools at a user level
• have broad general knowledge at high school level with relevant subjects at A-level or are willing to obtain it within the first years of employment
• can express yourself effortlessly in Danish – both orally and in writing.

Salary and terms of employment

You are employed full-time as a skilled teacher in a civil service-like position with a two-year probationary period. Salary according to the applicable circular between the Ministry of Finance and the Central Organisation of 2010 (CO10), which among other things includes a fully employer-paid pension scheme of 18 percent.

There is the possibility of qualification and function allowances. Your salary expectations will be discussed during the interview.

If you do not already have a vocational pedagogy education, you must complete the Diploma in Vocational Pedagogy according to § 12 in the Executive Order on Vocational Education no. 1671 of 13/11/2025. The education is paid by the school.

Start date 1 January 2027 or by agreement.
