Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for for a position in Intensive Care, Horsens Regional Hospital.

The position is a full-time position.

We meet patients and relatives in the acute and critical phase and carry the patient pathway forward into early rehabilitation. Our focus is specialized intensive care nursing and as a nurse here, you will have the opportunity to combine everything from instrumental nursing in a high-tech environment to the more basic nursing, as well as the more existential and psychosocial parts of nursing.

Who are we?

The intensive care unit in Horsens is a modern general intensive care unit with 7 intensive treatment beds. As an emergency hospital we receive a wide spectrum of patients – including cardiac medical, pulmonary medical, endocrinological, organ surgical, orthopaedic surgical, gynecological/obstetric patients as well as trauma patients.

Our patient pathways range from short acute stays to longer, complex hospitalizations.

Our specially trained nurses also manage the hospital's MAT function – an outward mobile emergency function that provides assessment, sparring and initiation of relevant treatment.

We are around 50 dedicated employees with varying experience and backgrounds – nurses, social and health care assistants and a service assistant – who together create a strong professional and social community.
