Intern for fundraising and project development at TUBA – spring 2027

Do you want to work with fundraising and make a difference for children and young people who grew up in families affected by addiction?

We are seeking an engaged intern for spring 2027 who wants to work with fundraising, grant applications and project development.

At TUBA we offer free therapy and counseling to children and young people who grew up in families with alcohol or substance misuse. We are also working to develop new services, communities and initiatives that can make a difference for even more children and young people.

What will you be working with?

Here you will have the opportunity to help develop our fundraising work and to shape how we will work with foundations and grants in the future.

You will be part of the whole process: from finding interesting foundation opportunities and developing good ideas to writing applications that can help make a difference for TUBA and the target group.

You will, among other things,

• Help develop a systematic approach to fundraising with a focus on smaller foundations and grants.
• Research and identify relevant foundations, funds and grants that can support TUBA's work.
• Develop and write grant applications – both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.
• Contribute to larger grant applications, project descriptions and budgets.
• Gain insight into TUBA's other development projects and the opportunity to contribute with your own ideas.

You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own tasks, test your ideas and brainstorm with colleagues across the organization. We are curious about your perspectives and hope you want to help develop our work.

A bit about you

Maybe you study communications, sociology, political science, business economics, social science, project management or something completely different.

Your field of study is not the most important. We are more concerned that you are curious, eager to learn and find it exciting to translate good ideas into concrete projects.

We imagine that you

• Enjoy writing and communicating ideas in a clear and engaging way.
• Want to work both analytically, creatively and in a structured way.
• Are curious about fundraising and how to create development in an organization.
• Want to take responsibility and contribute with your own perspectives and ideas.
• Can write fluent Danish and structure text.

You do not need to have experience with grant applications. The most important is that you want to learn.

You will gain insight into how fundraising and project development work in practice in a nonprofit organization, and you will receive ongoing sparring and the opportunity to take responsibility for your own tasks.

Practical information

The internship period runs from January/February 2027 to June 2027 (or by agreement). The position is initially full-time but can be adapted to study and work.

The position is unpaid.
