Intern for People & Culture, Sabro – Spring 2027

Will you translate your knowledge of People & Culture, digitisation, data or communication into practice? As an intern at our headquarters in Sabro you will be part of the P&C team and work closely with our People & Culture Business Partner – both at the office and out in our housing stores.

We tailor tasks to your competencies and ambitions, so you get a good mix of operations, projects and professional development.

Your tasks may include

• Development and follow-up on preboarding, onboarding and offboarding.
• HR data, key figures and analyses that support decisions and initiatives.
• Presentations, guidelines, and communications to managers and employees.
• Testing of AI and digital tools to optimise workflows.
• Support on P&C systems, concepts, policies and cross-functional projects.
• Recruitment and Employer Branding – from job postings and screening to the candidate experience.
• Activities and visits in the housing stores together with our People & Culture Business Partners.

We imagine that you

• Are pursuing a relevant higher education degree in, for example, HR, organization, administration, communication, business or digitisation.
• Are proactive, work in a structured way and thrive with responsibility and collaboration.
• Communicate clearly and professionally – both in writing and orally.
• Are comfortable with numbers, data and digital tools and quickly learn new systems.
• Are curious about AI and how technology can create value in People & Culture.

Experience with Excel, Power BI, Microsoft 365 or AI tools is an advantage but not a requirement.

Practical information

Workplace: Damvej 9, 8471 Sabro (bus 14 and 114 stop almost at the door).

Start date: February 2027 or by agreement. The internship period is 4–5 months.

Working hours: 30–37 hours per week. The internship is unpaid and must be part of your education program.
