Intern in Communications and Marketing with a Focus on Social Media

Do you want to create content that gets seen, and take responsibility for social media from day one?

At Norisol we are looking for a committed and creative intern who wants to work with social media, communication and marketing in practice.

One day you will work with content production and communication tasks. The next day you will be working on a campaign, a customer case or internal communication to colleagues and managers.

You will become part of a small marketing team where there is a short path from idea to action, and where you will have responsibility, sparring and an opportunity to develop your skills.

Norisol is one of Denmark's leading service and contracting companies within technical insulation, scaffolding, passive fire protection and shipbuilding.

Since 1977 we have grown to over 800 employees across nine locations in Denmark.

Our solutions contribute to reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions, but much of the work we do is not visible to the outside world. We want to change that, and that is where you come in.

Your tasks

Social media will be your primary area of responsibility – from ideation to publication and evaluation.

You will, among other things,

• Plan and produce content for our social media channels.
• Develop creative ideas for posts, campaigns and new content formats.
• Possibly take photos, record and edit video and write texts that engage our target audiences.
• Visit our projects and departments to find and tell the good stories.
• Work with our content calendar and follow up on results and engagement.

You will also be involved in website, internal communications, employer branding and customer cases – and have the opportunity to bring your own ideas to life.

Who are you?

You are pursuing a higher education in communications, marketing, journalism, media studies or similar and will intern as part of your studies.

We expect that you

• Are good at writing and can tailor your message to different audiences.
• Have an eye for visual content.
• Are creative, curious and not afraid to bring new ideas.
• Work independently, take initiative and see your tasks through to completion.

It is advantageous if you have experience with Adobe, video editing or analytics tools, but the most important is your interest, your commitment and your willingness to learn.

Practical info: The internship period is unpaid and conducted as part of your education. The internship is expected to run from spring 2027 for about 3–6 months. The workplace is Glostrup.
