Then you may be one of the two new colleagues we are looking for.

Two canteens – one common focus on good food and great guest experiences

In two of our canteens at Novo in Kalundborg we serve lunch and dinner to the employees every day. One canteen typically has 25-35 evening guests, while the other has around 60-75.

We are looking for one new colleague for each canteen, who will be responsible for the daily evening service. In both canteens the colleagues take care of lunch and help prepare the food for the evening, so you have a good starting point to take over and give the guests a good dining experience.

You will become a permanent part of a kitchen team with a really good vibe, where we know each other well, help each other and want the very best for each other.

Even though you work independently with the evening service, you always have good colleagues backing you.

Your tasks

As the person responsible for the evening service you will, among other things, be responsible for:

• Plate and serve the evening buffet
• Warmly welcome guests and give them a good experience with service at eye level
• Handle washing up and tidying after the evening service
• Register food waste
• Help with preparation for the coming days when the evening tasks permit

Who would fit in well with us?

You are trained as a chef, caterer or have another relevant professional background. You may also have gained your experience through work in a large-scale kitchen, a canteen or a similar kitchen environment.

The most important thing is that you are comfortable working independently, take responsibility for your tasks and want to give guests a good experience.

• Fixed working hours: Monday-Thursday 12:00-20:00 and Friday 12:30-20:00 – weekends off
