The Impact You'll Make

As our Communication Coordinator, you’ll help bring our Digital and Lifecycle Services portfolio to life for colleagues, partners, customers, and end users around the world.

You’ll join the Digital & Lifecycle Services Communications team and contribute to strengthening the visibility of our service business through engaging visual communication, content, marketing materials, and events. Working across an international organization, you’ll have the opportunity to turn complex topics into clear and compelling communication.

This fixed-term role is available for one year and offers the opportunity to build hands-on experience across graphic design, communication, and service product launches in a global environment while contributing to solutions that support energy efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work together with the Communication Manager to support daily internal and external communication activities, build content for thought leadership topics, and help with creation of focus business marketing narratives.
• Create engaging visual communication , including icons, visual concepts, posters, images, and other branded materials using Adobe tools.
• Develop content supporting marketing and communication activities across Digital & Lifecycle Services.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams to create and launch marketing materials such as sales presentations, fact sheets, product descriptions, and other communication assets.
• Contribute to our Service Partner Program , developing branded materials such as presentations, guides, fact sheets, visuals, and other supporting content.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with a structured approach and enjoys turning ideas into communication that is easy to understand and visually engaging.

To be successful in this role, you bring

• Experience with graphic design, content creation, communication, or marketing and familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, video editing skillset, or similar.
• A structured, hands-on approach and the ability to coordinate tasks and projects involving different stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with international and cross-functional environment.
• Professional fluency in English , both written and spoken.
• Relevant education in communication, marketing, business, design, or a related field.

Experience with B2B marketing, business consultancy, campaigns, agency work, or service-related businesses would be an advantage, but it is not essential. Most importantly, you are curious, collaborative, and motivated to create communication that makes an impact.
