Welcome to Region Zealand’s Near Clinic Kalundborg

Near Clinic Kalundborg is beautifully located directly by the water and only a two-minute walk from Kalundborg Station. The clinic has existed since December 2020 and is today a well-established workplace with high professionalism and close interdisciplinary collaboration.

You will become part of a team with four permanently employed doctors, six nurses, a medical secretary and a practice manager. We have different roles and competencies which we actively use in collaboration to create good and coherent patient pathways.

We emphasize that everyone takes responsibility for their tasks, contributes with their professional expertise and helps each other in everyday life. We believe we are most successful when we lift as a team.

A daily life focused on the medical profession

As a specialist with us you will, among other things, have the opportunity to

• ensure high medical professional quality and create safe and coherent patient pathways
• conduct consultations and follow patients over time
• work closely with colleagues and other professions as well as municipalities and hospitals
• participate in developing workflows and new collaboration solutions
• work with digital solutions, including video consultations
• develop and strengthen the competencies of the practice staff so they are used in the best possible way
• make a difference where the need for physician coverage is greatest.

The nurses handle independent consultations and thus support the medical work. We take care of the administrative and organizational framework so you can spend as much time as possible with the patients.

Salary and terms of employment

The position is 24-32 hours per week including lunch, within the clinic’s opening hours on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm with extended opening one day per week until 6 pm. A 4-day workweek is possible.

Start date 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible.

Employment is within the Local Health Service.

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the applicable agreement with Young Doctors.

Starting salary for collective agreement employees

The region is obliged to inform you about the starting salary for the position. You will be informed of base salary, centrally determined allowances and pension under the relevant collective agreement. In addition to the starting salary, the salary may include any negotiated allowances depending on the position, your experience and qualifications.
