About the job

You will become part of the finance department, which today consists of 27 dedicated employees. Reporting to the Chief Accountant, you will join a team with 2 other competent and skilled bookkeeping colleagues.

Your main tasks will be

• Optimization of invoice receipt
• Timely invoice import and posting in Medius
• Ensure timely approval and posting of expense invoices
• Handling of expense reimbursements
• Prepare and ensure payments to creditors
• Posting of manual vouchers; e.g. payroll vouchers and settlement from the canteen
• Reconciliation of banks, including posting of interest, fees and exchange rate adjustments
• Responsible for handling, answering and archiving emails for the shared mailbox accounts associated with the team
• Creation and maintenance of creditor master data
• Ensure automatic posting journals are posted
• Handling of manual payments
• Various reconciliations in connection with period- and year-to-date financial reporting

An challenging position in FTZ’s finance department, where there is room for depth and an opportunity to improve. You will become part of a company where customer focus, service and collaboration are at the forefront. Your workplace will be FTZ's headquarters in Rørup, but with the possibility of days with remote work. The position is full-time with salary according to qualifications, pension scheme, health insurance and canteen arrangement.

The temporary position is expected to run until 1 November 2027.

Your background

There may be several paths into the job, but we expect you have experience with tasks in an accounts payable department from a similar position, and now you are ready to bring these competencies to FTZ. You are interested in sharing knowledge and coaching your colleagues, so you can independently, but also collectively, find the best solution for the specific task.

• Have a relevant accounting education and experience from an finance department.
• Are sharp with creditor tasks and have the willingness to learn new ones.
• Are a user of Microsoft Office programs.
• Communicate clearly at all levels - both in writing and orally.
• Can maintain overview and handle many tasks at once.
• Challenge and help your colleagues and contribute to team wellbeing.
• Put your collaboration skills and empathetic competencies to use when there are challenges to solve.
• Have drive, can-do attitude and good mood that rubs off on your surroundings and makes you a well-liked colleague.
