Line supervisor for evening shift sought in Give

Do you have experience from production and previously had responsibility for colleagues, a team or daily operations? Then you might be the candidate we are looking for.

For a modern food company in Give we are seeking a line leader for the evening shift. The position is relevant for you who have solid experience from production and at the same time have experience with responsibility, coordination and daily leadership.

You do not necessarily need to have previously held the title of line leader. The crucial thing is that you have experience from, for example, a role as team leader, coordinator, person in charge or similar, where you have helped ensure structure, progress and good collaboration in daily production.

Your primary tasks will include

• Ensure a stable and efficient operation on the production line
• Coordinate and allocate tasks among the employees
• Operate and monitor production machines
• Follow up on quality, hygiene and order
• Support and guide the employees in the daily production
• Take responsibility and act when challenges arise in production
• Contribute to good cooperation and an efficient flow on the production line
• Actively participate in production as needed

We expect that you

• Have experience from production, preferably from the food industry
• Have experience with responsibility for employees, for example as team leader, coordinator or person in charge
• Have a good overview and be able to stay calm in a busy everyday life
• Be clear in your communication and good at motivating your colleagues
• Be reliable, responsible and take ownership of your tasks
• Can work both independently and as part of a team
• Speak and write Danish
• Thrive in a role where you combine practical work with responsibility and coordination

Monday–Thursday: 15.30–23.45
