the company offers

There is a place offered in a well-functioning and cohesive team, where people support each other across the organisation. Salary is set by agreement and will correspond to the candidate\'s background and qualifications. In addition, a pension and flexible benefit scheme are offered.

work tasks and daily life

As a technician at Swedish Match, two days are rarely the same. Tasks are very varied and depend on current production challenges and the projects in focus.

the primary tasks include

• Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Development of new ideas and technical solutions in one\'s own workshop.
• Brainstorming and project work in collaboration with colleagues.

The work is carried out in a creative "Georg Gearløs" spirit, where there is ample opportunity to put your own stamp on new initiatives. The onboarding process starts in production to give optimal knowledge of the machines and a thorough understanding of the operating flow.

working hours

The position is in the evening shift with the following hours

• Monday: 13.50-22.20
• Tuesday & Wednesday: 14.05-22.20
• Thursday: 15.05-01.45

Your profile and professional background

We imagine that you have a relevant vocational education such as welder, mechanic, automation technician or electrician. The title is not decisive as long as you have solid practical experience with both mechanical and electrical work. If you have already worked with service and maintenance of production plants, that is a big advantage.

As a person you are curious and thrive in a collaborative environment. At Swedish Match there is room to grow, and we value that you dare to challenge the "usual", see things with fresh eyes and actively contribute ideas for improvements to their plants and processes
