We are looking for 2 social and health care assistants to work day shifts mainly in the dementia department.

The positions are 37 hours per week or as agreed and include shift work every other weekend.

We expect that you

• are trained as a social and health care assistant
• Work independently and take responsibility
• Thrive in a daily life characterized by changes and complex tasks
• Have good collaboration skills and a positive approach
• Have a desire to actively contribute to a development process
• are familiar with IT and documentation
• master Danish in writing and speaking
• It is an advantage if you have experience working with people with dementia

About Margrethelund Nursing Home

Margrethelund Nursing Home is the municipality's largest nursing home and is currently undergoing an exciting renovation. The construction is expected to be completed in 2027 and will then house 92 residents - spread across several departments with dementia placements and regular placements.

We place emphasis on high professional standards, support for independence and well-being – for both residents and staff. Here, everyone should feel at home and as a natural part of the house.

Your future colleagues

You will become part of a strong and interdisciplinary team consisting of nurses, social and health care assistants, social and health care aides, pedagogues, house assistants and students. We work closely together to create safety, presence and quality of life for our residents.
