Do you want to help develop AI solutions that create value in a high-activity company?

At LUBI we work with recruitment, staffing, HR solutions and marketing solutions. We are 14 employees at the office in Slagelse and help companies and candidates find each other every day. We work practically and solution-oriented, and new ideas are quickly turned into action.

You will become a central part of a development project where LUBI aims to explore, develop and implement AI-based solutions in selected parts of the business. The goal is to create more efficient workflows, ensure consistent handling of B2B and B2C inquiries and free up time for tasks where human advice and relationships create the most value.

The project is carried out as a growth pilot program for 6 months. The aim is that, after the project’s completion, the right candidate can continue in a permanent role and contribute to the continued development of AI, automation and digital marketing at LUBI.

• Location : Slagelse
• Working hours : 37 hours per week - primarily 08:00 - 16:00
• Start : As soon as possible, but we are happy to wait for the right candidate

Your tasks

AI and automation

• Develop AI agents and telephone AI assistants for customer orders, candidate inquiries and payroll-related questions, integrated with our CRM system Temponizer, the telephony system Telavox and our WordPress websites
• Analyze existing workflows and identify areas where AI can create value or support employees' work
• Work with prompts, guardrails and agent design
• Integrate solutions with existing systems via APIs and webhooks
• Test, quality-assure and document the solutions as they are put into use
• Contribute to GDPR and data security
• Analyze data and continuously improve the agents based on data from calls and inquiries

Marketing

You will also be part of the marketing department, where you contribute to the development and maintenance of websites, SEO, social media and other digital projects. We do not expect you to be a specialist in everything, but that you are eager to work broadly with digital development and modern marketing tools.

Requirements for your profile

• Have practical experience with AI tools or AI agents
• Have an understanding of prompts, automation and system integrations
• Thrive on analysis, testing and problem solving
• Can translate issues in our operations into usable solutions
• Work in a structured and independent manner
• Have a long higher education degree, e.g. in IT, digital development, software, marketing or similar
• We value having an understanding of working across the organization and across systems.

Additionally, it is an advantage if you have experience with APIs, CRM systems, WordPress, SEO and content for social media.

It is a requirement that you are available at the time of application - this is because the project is funded with EU funds for the first 6 months.
