About the job

M.B.C. is seeking 3-4 analytically and methodologically strong university interns who in the spring semester 2027 would like to try their hand at project work, analyses and dissemination.

What do we offer?

  • As an intern you will be assigned a dedicated internship mentor who, in a fixed format, provides guidance and feedback so you get the maximum benefit from the internship.
  • Insight into life as an analyst and consultant, and we guarantee that you will develop your methodological skills. You will have good colleagues in managers, consultants and analysts.
  • Involvement in many different types of tasks across the project cycle from proposal writing to design and planning, data collection/interviews to analysis and reporting.
  • We operate on the principle that the strongest professional argument always wins. You will therefore quickly be shown trust and responsibility if you demonstrate ability and the right attitude.
  • We offer intern compensation, and in addition we offer various daily benefits (including good lunch and fruit schemes). We are open to discussing hours and ECTS credits.

You can optionally be connected with current interns or analysts to hear more.

What do we value?

We imagine you study political science, sociology, economics, anthropology, public health science or another relevant field of study. We value diversity and therefore also encourage students with other fields of study to apply. You possess the following abilities and attitudes:

  • You are passionate about and good at thinking and working analytically and methodically
  • You write correctly and well in Danish and can convey complex contexts. It is an advantage if you can also speak, understand and write English at a high level, but it is not required
  • You can work independently, but you can also be a team player
  • You have a positive attitude and think in solutions rather than problems
  • You take responsibility that your tasks are always solved in the best possible way and on time
  • You may have good ideas and be good at developing ideas and combining knowledge in new ways
  • You have a good mood and social engagement

Location of the internship

The primary internship site is our headquarters in Copenhagen. We are, however, open to one of the interns having our Aarhus office as their primary workplace. Since the Aarhus office is a smaller office, the professional development, introductions and training will mainly take place at our Copenhagen office.

As an intern in Aarhus you must therefore be prepared to allocate time for travel to Copenhagen as needed and can reasonably expect to have about one third of the working time located in Copenhagen. The first few weeks of the internship the onboarding process will also be held physically in Copenhagen.
