🔧 Mechanic for special machines – Are you sharp on engines and hydraulics? 🚜

Can you spot the fault when the engine misbehaves, the hydraulics fail, or a machine refuses to cooperate? Then maybe it’s you we’re looking for!

We are seeking several skilled mechanics for a versatile machine workshop, where you will work with everything from compact tractors and sweeper machines to equipment carriers and special machines.

Here you get an exciting daily life with various technical challenges, good colleagues and opportunities for professional development.

🛠️ What will you work with?

You will become part of an experienced workshop team, where your tasks include

• Service, repair and maintenance of tractors and specialized machines
• Troubleshooting hydraulics, electrical systems and engines
• Preparation and assembly of machines and tools
• Repair of sweepers, cutters and compact tractors
• Various mechanical and technical tasks

You report to the workshop supervisor and become part of a team with 4 mechanics, 4 assemblers and 2 blacksmiths.

There is plenty to wrench on here – and fortunately it’s not the same machine every day! 😄

👨🔧 Who are you?

We imagine that you

• Are trained as an agricultural or construction machinery mechanic or have another relevant mechanical background
• Preferably have experience with hydraulics, electrical systems and mechanical repairs
• Are interested in smaller machines, tractors and engines
• Preferably familiar with brands such as Kohler, Nibbi, Hilltip and Antonio Carraro
• Work independently and with a quality mindset
• Are service-minded and focused on customer satisfaction
• Are flexible, as overtime may occur in periods
• Are a good colleague with a positive attitude

You don’t need to know all the machines in advance. If you have the right technical understanding and a desire to learn, you will receive the necessary training.

💪 What do you get in return?

✅ Salary based on qualifications

✅ Pension according to collective agreement and health insurance

✅ Diverse tasks with many different machine types

✅ Good working conditions in a health- and safety-friendly environment

✅ Professional development and opportunity for training
