Staff sought for internal logistics support at a large white goods company in Aarhus N

Do you like systems, do you work in a structured way, and are you good at helping others? And are you eager to become part of a team where you daily help ensure that the company's logistics department gets the help they need?

It is a temporary position with start as soon as possible and will last the next 4-5 months depending on need.

Your tasks

• Help in the internal customer service in the logistics department, which handles Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
• Answer emails and follow up on tickets via the Focalscope system
• Handle various ad hoc tasks related to operations.

You will have an important role in the daily support of the stores, and it is therefore important that you thrive on contact with many different people and can keep an overview when multiple inquiries come in at the same time.

We are looking for you who

• Are service-minded and approachable
• Are good at communicating both verbally and in writing in Danish - English is an advantage
• Work in a structured and systematic way
• Are curious and good at investigating and finding solutions.

It is an advantage if you have experience with customer service, emails, IT support, ticket systems or similar, but the most important is that you have the right attitude, are quick to learn and want to help. In addition, it is also an advantage if you have experience with Navision or Focalscope.

Working hours

• Monday to Thursday 8:00-16:00 and Friday 8:00-15:30.
