About the job

Do you have experience from the health sector and a desire to work with project management, analysis and implementation in an environment with high professionalism and many partners? Then we look forward to hearing from you.

About us

Center for Health has – as part of the Health and Care Administration – the strategic responsibility for developing the close, coherent and sustainable health system in Copenhagen Municipality. We have an ambition to influence both the national agenda and the collaboration with the region. We collaborate broadly to support professionalism, quality and greater coherence in the citizen-facing health services for the benefit of Copenhageners.

We are about 55 employees in the center, who work together in an engaged, energetic and busy environment with shifting agendas and varied tasks – with good opportunities for flexibility between being present in our premises in Telehuset on Borups Allé and remote work. We have a good working environment and emphasize professional sparring, responsibility and respect.

The two temporary positions are in the Department for Rehabilitation, which has the responsibility to develop and support the rehabilitation efforts at the administration's rehabilitation centers and temporary placements as well as at Neurorehabilitation Copenhagen. The department consists of 15 dedicated employees who largely have a therapeutic background.

About the job

We are looking for two dedicated colleagues who can contribute to supporting the center's strategic ambitions in the rehabilitation area. Depending on your competencies, you will need to contribute flexibly to tasks with a focus on project management, implementation support, analysis and evaluation as well as the use of both qualitative and quantitative data.

Your work will involve close collaboration with professionally strong colleagues with a view to acting as the link between the decentralized units, which have citizen contact and cross-disciplinary collaboration, the central administration and the political level. In this way you will become an important driver in the work to create coherent and targeted health services that meet the citizens' needs.

You will have the opportunity to try your hand at delivering political support to the health and care mayor, the executive management and the center head, as well as contribute to sharp and well-founded presentations that are politically interesting, professionally relevant and operationally usable.

About you

We imagine that you have a relevant academic background, e.g., public health science, sociology, political science, cand.scient. or similar. You can also have a health profession background with an additional degree.

We expect you to have strong methodological skills in, among other things, project work, analysis, evaluation and data visualization. You have good analytical sense and thoroughness that enables you to understand complex issues, extract the essential, and the ability to present these understandably in written proposals.

Furthermore, we attach importance to having knowledge of and experience as a civil servant/consultant in the health sector – preferably from the municipal health system or the cross-sector collaboration between municipality and region.

Since you will act as a link between many different stakeholders – also out in our operations – it is essential that you can maintain constructive dialogue and have a good analytical eye on how many different considerations and wishes can be reconciled.

And of course we emphasize that you are responsible and can plan, prioritize and finish your tasks – and can reach out to your colleagues when needed.

Employment terms

Salary and employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

The positions are 37 hours per week and both temporary with employment from January 1, 2027 and respectively two and three years ahead.
