Energetic morning-person needed for our car rental.

At Oscar Car Rental we are looking for one or more employees for our branches in Hørsholm and Birkerød, who thrive with responsibility, can work independently and take pride in things being in order.

You will become the person who ensures our cars are ready for customers – clean, well-maintained and ready for pickup from the morning. Our customers expect a good experience, and it starts with a car that lives up to a high standard.

Your tasks will include

• Check cars in and out
• Register any damages, mileage and fuel level
• Check the cars' general condition and pay attention to cleaning and any cigarette smell
• Clean and refuel the cars as needed
• Prepare the cars for the next rental
• Handle keys and the digital key box
• Keep an eye on tires, oil and other fluids
• Help get cars to and from the workshop when needed

At Oscar Car Rental we primarily rent used cars, but the standard must still be high. We expect our cars to be presentable, reliable and ready for use – every single day.

A job with freedom and responsibility

You will be responsible for the daily operation in both Birkerød and Hørsolm, and you will largely plan your own work. The position is about 2–3 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Some days take a little shorter time, other days a little longer.

Work is mainly in the morning, and you must be prepared to start early so the cars are ready for customers around 08:00. On the plus side, you get early time off.

Part of the tasks can be followed and planned from home via app and email, and if you live close to the department, you will often be able to prepare much of the work the evening before.

Additionally you will every other weekend have responsibility for two branches. The tasks will still be in the morning, and the time consumption will be roughly the same.

• Are practical and like to keep things in order around you
• Are flexible and helpful to colleagues
• Have a driver's license for a standard car
• Are not afraid of large vans (all cars are max 3,500 kg. for a standard license)

We are primarily seeking an employee who wants to stay with us long-term. Therefore we place high value on stability and commitment.
