Voldbyhus is a new specialized residential facility, which opened in September 2026. There will be space for six residents with developmental disabilities and complex support needs, including residents with autism spectrum disorders and sensory challenges.

The residential facility is located in a scenic natural setting on a large, enclosed grounds with good opportunities for calm, seclusion and sensory-supporting activities

We are looking for engaged awake night workers who can create a safe and stable night for the residents.

Your tasks will among other things be to

• Ensure residents' well-being, safety and security through the night
• Provide individual support as needed
• Support a calm and predictable nocturnal structure
• Observe and document relevant conditions
• Handle acute situations professionally and with care
• Contribute to handover and collaboration with day and evening shifts
• Contribute to development of professional practice and quality in the facility

About you

• Have an educational, social or health-professional education, or relevant experience
• Have experience with or interest in residents with developmental disabilities and possibly autism spectrum disorders
• Are calm, stable and caring
• Can work independently and maintain overview in stressed situations
• Have good collaborative skills
• Thrives with responsibility and night work
• Would like to be part of starting up a new facility
