About the job

As a field-based nurse you play a central role in citizens’ daily lives. You

• work closely across disciplines with colleagues on coordination and planning of citizen/care pathways
• work holistically and rehabilitatively with a focus on quality, safety and the citizen’s quality of life
• create structure and overview by prioritising tasks and respond flexibly to changes in citizens’ needs
• create and maintain trusting relationships with citizens, relatives and colleagues through clear and professional communication
• contribute to professional development and learning in the team through knowledge sharing and reflection

Who are we?

In Home Care and Nursing our 550 valued employees are spread across 12 districts and 25 teams. You will work together with social and health care helpers, social and health care assistants, cleaning staff, nurses, visitators, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, team coordinators, cross-cutting care pathway coordinators and your district manager.

About you

We expect that you

• have Danish authorization as a nurse – we have room for both experienced and newly qualified
• are interested in the whole person and work based on the citizen’s wishes, resources and life situation
• thrive in a daily life with independent tasks and close collaboration within and across professional groups
• work independently with responsibility, but also value the interdisciplinary community around the citizen
• are curious, reflective and focused on ongoing professional development and quality
• can navigate changes and maintain an overview, even when daily life is in motion

Salary and employment terms

• Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement
• The position is generally 37 hours per week. At the applicant’s initiative, a concrete discussion about the employment rate can be entered
• Fixed day shift and weekend shift every 4th weekend
• Workplace: Grønnevej 42, 6360 Tinglev
• Starting: January 1, 2027 or by agreement

It is a condition for the position that you have a driving license
