As a nurse you will be a key person in a committed interdisciplinary team consisting of social and health care workers, therapists and visitors. Who are we?

In Home Care and Nursing, our 550 valued employees are spread across 12 districts and 25 teams. You will work together with social and health care helpers, social and health care assistants, cleaning staff, nurses, visit coordinators, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, team coordinators, cross-functional course coordinators and your district leader.

As a district-based nurse you play a central role in the citizens' daily lives. You

• work closely interdisciplinary with colleagues on coordination and planning of citizen pathways
• work holistically and rehabilitatively with focus on quality, safety and the citizen's quality of life
• support coherent and secure citizen paths through follow-up and professional assessments
• contribute to professional development and learning in the team through knowledge sharing and reflection
• have the opportunity for shifts in our nursing clinic

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with applicable collective agreement. The position is initially 37 hours per week. At the applicant's initiative, a concrete dialogue about the employment rate can be arranged. The position consists of a fixed day shift and occasional evening shifts as well as weekend shift every 4th weekend. Meeting place is Nygade 23C, 6200 Aabenraa. Start date is January 1, 2027 or by agreement.

It is a condition for the position that you have a driver's license. We also note that a criminal record check will be obtained prior to employment, and that employment will be conditional on its satisfactory result.
