In Brøndby Municipality, from 1 January 2027 we will gather screen visits from our three districts, Stranden, Vester and Øster, into one common screen unit based at Brøndbyøster Home Nursing.

Over the past two years we have gained experience with screen visits in the individual departments. Now we take the next step and are seeking a nurse who, together with an SSA colleague, will help build and develop the new function.

It is a position for someone who wants to work with citizens and contribute to developing new working methods. You will play a central role as the facilitator and become an important driving force in making screen visits a natural part of home care.

Your tasks

As a nurse and facilitator you will be responsible for the professional quality and for driving the development of the screen unit forward.

Your tasks will include, among others, to

• Carry out screen visits based on the citizens' individual needs and prerequisites.
• Assess which citizens may benefit from screen visits and ensure that the solution makes professional sense.
• Be the facilitator in the establishment of the screen unit and the development of workflows together with your colleague.
• Contribute to the entire process around screen visits, from assessment and planning to technical setup in the citizen's home and follow-up.
• Collaborate with staff across home care and support the implementation of new workflows.
• Share experiences, monitor results and contribute to ongoing improvements.

You must be comfortable with both daily operations and the development task. We are in the process of creating something new, and therefore you will have the opportunity to influence how we best solve the task in practice.

You do not need to have previous experience with screen visits. The most important thing is that you are keen to learn, develop and create good solutions together with others.

Practical information

The position: Full-time with daytime weekday hours.

Start date: 1 January 2027 or after agreement.

Workplace: Brøndbyøster Home Care, Horsedammen 42B, 2605 Brøndby.

Salary and terms of employment: According to current collective agreement and the Ny Løn principles.
