We are seeking a nurse who can take on the role as the care pathway lead in the rehabilitative pathways, both under the Health Act, the Social Services Act and the Older People Act, where holistic care is in focus.

Nursing tasks span a broad target group consisting of both older and younger citizens with different needs, which gives you ample opportunity to bring your full professional capacity into play. The tasks are often complex and require both overview, engagement and a holistic view of the citizen's situation.

In daily life you will be a central professional actor in ensuring coherent pathways. You will enter into close collaboration with both social and health personnel, therapists and coordinating functions, and you will experience that your professionalism is used, valued and sought after.
