We are seeking a committed full-time colleague who will help create a safe and meaningful everyday life for our residents.

What can you expect from everyday life with us?

• You will become a key person in the residents’ daily life. The tasks range from support for personal care and financial overview to facilitating hobbies and social relationships.
• We continuously work to strengthen each individual’s skills and resources so that residents are supported in living the life they want.
• You will be the primary contact for 3–4 residents, ensuring continuity, follow-up, and security.

We have 22 wonderful residents spread across two houses with 11 residents in each. You will be primarily attached to one house, but we operate as one united team and naturally step in for each other across houses when needed.

The housing is established under the Danish Housing Act § 105, where residents live in their own apartment and receive support under the Active Social Policy Act § 83 and § 85.

The position is full-time with rotating shifts and weekend shifts every other weekend.

You will work with a committed and supportive team. Our residents have lived here for many years, which creates a very special, safe, and homely atmosphere.

What do we expect from you? You are educated as a social educator, pedagogical assistant, or SSA. Both new graduates and experienced applicants are encouraged to apply – we ensure a thorough introduction.

Experience with the KRAP method is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important is your willingness and curiosity to work according to the method – we offer courses and professional upskilling.

You can navigate IT systems (preferably with knowledge of Nexus, but thorough training will be provided).

You meet residents and colleagues with patience, presence, and an appreciating approach.

You are a stable team player with a positive view of people, contributing actively to a healthy and well-being-promoting work environment.
