Oasen Nursing Home is seeking a Social and Health Care Assistant or Nurse for a permanent night shift

Due to our faithful night shift staff of many years who have chosen to leave the labor market, Oasen Nursing Home is seeking a new permanent Social and Health Care Assistant (SSA) or nurse who values professional collaboration and sees development and improvements as part of daily life.

We offer a position where involvement and influence are highly valued, and the tasks are varied and professional dialogues are appreciated.

The position is 7/7 with a shift every second weekend in the odd weeks. The position is available for filling as of 1 November 2026.

Oasen Nursing Home comprises 80 care apartments housed in several buildings and floors, but also includes a shared dining room, a large activity area both indoors and outdoors.

We place emphasis on a high degree of professionalism and that we are constantly evolving in order to create the best opportunities for the residents living at Oasen.
