On-call substitutes for Studsgårdens kindergarten and nursery

Do you want to be out in all kinds of weather, cook over a fire, and go on trips away from home? Then it might be you we are looking for as an on-call substitute.

We are seeking pedagogical assistants for on-call shifts, who in close collaboration with colleagues see it as their primary task to read what the individual child and the group of children need, and from there plan a pedagogical environment that supports this. In this work, care, recognition, and inclusion are key concepts, and we expect you to have a natural interest and curiosity for these concepts. For us, pedagogy is not a fixed thing, but something we continually develop, and you should therefore have a curious approach to your own, your colleagues', and the children's actions.

Maybe you are considering the pedagogy education, maybe something else. Maybe you are an experienced pedagogical assistant who brings a lot of knowledge from practice with you. Most importantly is your approach to other people, your care for children, and good collaboration skills with parents and colleagues. You must be open to the children's initiatives and needs, be curious and able to wonder together with us.

With us you will have two onboarding shifts, and you will be introduced to our view of children as well as the procedures for working at Studsgården.

About Studsgården

Studsgården is an integrated institution with 158 lovely children aged 0-6 years. We are located on Ydre Østerbro with green areas such as Fælledparken, Ryparken and Lersøparken nearby.

We have a large playground with both a bonfire area, a home-built pizza oven, and climbing opportunities – and we love to put on our outerwear, explore, and incorporate nature and culture into the pedagogical practice.

For us it is important that everyone feels part of a good community. You will become part of a well-functioning staff team. We enjoy working together and creating the best pedagogical framework around all our children at Studsgården.

Terms of employment

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Before employment we collect references as well as child welfare and criminal record checks.
