We are open to different professional backgrounds. You can be a trained pedagog, an experienced pædagogmedhjælper or have another relevant professional background, e.g. psychomotor therapist, child physiotherapist or pediatric occupational therapist. The crucial thing is that you have experience with preschool-aged children and a desire to bring your professional competencies into play in an educational everyday life.

We are looking for someone who

• is a trained pedagogue, has experience as a pædagogmedhjælper or has another relevant professional background, e.g. psychomotor therapist, child physiotherapist or pediatric occupational therapist
• has experience with preschool-aged children, preferably from early childhood education
• is committed to inclusion, participation opportunities and children’s communities
• has interest in or experience with special education
• works in an appreciative, resource-focused and relational way
• can create structure and clarity without losing the pedagogical presence
• is curious about the different ways children are in the world
• sees nature as an important co-player in pedagogical work
• wants to develop professionally together with devoted colleagues.

About Skovbørnehaven Tudsen Skovbørnehaven Tudsen is located near Jægersborg Forest and is normed for 46 children.

We are a small forest kindergarten with 5 pedagogues, assistants and a daily manager, who are passionate about children and nature pedagogy.

Daily life is built on strong relationships, present adults, high professionalism, seasonally based traditions and close collaboration with families.

In winter we have a base at Ravnholm School, and in summer we move out into the forest. We are outdoors every day year round and see nature as a unique pedagogical space that allows children to explore, immerse themselves, move and participate in meaningful communities.

Employment terms

The position runs until the expected clarification of the child’s upcoming school transition - therefore fixed-term until August 2027 with possibility of adjustment or extension.

The position is generally 37 hours per week, but other arrangements can be made. Employment is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
