Educator for SFO Toftlund District School

An SFO where play and learning always go hand in hand. If you think that way – and can act that way – then you are a perfect fit for our SFO. We now have a permanent position as an educator at Toftlund School.

Your hours will mainly be in SFO and with some hours in the school part. We work every day to ensure that our SFO children develop socially and personally. We know best that this happens through close professional teamwork, where we continuously discuss how, through the best didactics and inspiring learning environments, we can create the activities that develop the children’s social and relational skills. You will become part of an ambitious SFO team.

We are looking for someone who is creative and passionate about movement activities and who has strong relational skills in interactions with the children, colleagues and parents, and who has an overview in pressured situations. You take initiative and can implement relevant pedagogical measures regarding the individual child and the large group of children.

Your team is also quite happy to have you at meetings, because you take responsibility from day one and contribute with your professionalism, where you can connect pedagogical theory with practice and the reality the children are in, and not least can plan, execute and evaluate pedagogical activities.

Toftlund SFO is part of Toftlund District School. We have children from 0.-4th grade, and together with Agerskov School/SFO and the special school Høllevang, form the northern school/SFO district in Tønder Municipality.

The position is permanent and is 30 hours per week, and we expect that you can start as soon as possible and no later than 1 December 2026.

Salary is according to the applicable collective agreement and personal qualifications, and placement in the salary range depends on experience, competence and relevant education.
