Grønbjerghjemmet is located in the scenic Grønbjerg, where we are an integrated part of the active local community. We are furthermore privileged to have a large volunteer association. They come to the house weekly, which benefits residents, relatives and staff. This helps make more of our residents' wishes for activity and experiences possible.

We have 16 residents, spread over three floors, which provides a unique opportunity to create a safe daily life in a homely environment. As an employee with us you are primarily attached to one department, but we highly value that we are a common unit, which means that we also work across departments.

All our residents need pedagogical support, care and nurturing to varying degrees. We work from clear methods and professional approaches, which are part of the residents' structure and daily life.

The position includes rotating working hours; day and evening shifts and weekend work every 2nd weekend. Preferences regarding the number of day and evening shifts, as well as a working time between 25-37 hours, can be accommodated to a large extent.
