We are a children's house in development, where together we create a strong professional culture with a focus on presence, reflection and community. We are working towards starting up and developing our work with NEST pedagogy throughout the house. This means that we want to work from an inclusive approach, where we create learning environments that take into account children's different needs – socially, emotionally and cognitively.

We want to have community as the foundation for our pedagogical work. Our goal is to create a “nourishing institution” , where all children feel they belong, are seen, heard and met with positive expectations.

Practical information

The positions are basically 37 hours per week. Employment is as soon as possible.

Salary and terms of employment are set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and the Ny Løn principles. We will obtain child and criminal records checks as well as references from previous employment in connection with the appointment.
