At Amplify we are looking for a Paid Social Specialist who knows that the best results come when you reach the right audience with a message that matters to them. You are as concerned with what people should feel when they see an ad as with what it costs per click.

About the role

You will be responsible for your own portfolio on Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok. It is 12-15 clients of all sizes. Restaurants, cafes and local businesses, where every euro counts. And larger clients with paid social budgets of several hundred thousand kronor per year, e.g. a top-tier sports club, a Nordic startup community in three countries and B2B companies that need to engage with the right decision-makers. The pace is high, and you switch between clients several times a day. In return you see the results of your work immediately.

Your task starts before the campaign. Who are we trying to reach? What should they feel when they see us? And what story makes them take action? You translate that into campaigns that you test and optimize until they work.

You step into a fixed weekly rhythm and fixed client teams. You work closely with our Social Organic specialist, our content team on creatives and our Google Ads specialists so search and social work together. If you also know Google Ads, that's a plus.

We have our own AI agent that takes care of routines: monitoring, budget adjustments, reports and suggestions for optimizations. You decide what should happen and spend time on what requires a human: understanding the audience, finding the angle and building campaigns that resonate.

Your tasks

• Find and understand the target audiences: who they are, what they want, and what makes them pause.
• Develop messages and creative concepts together with our content team.
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Test messages, formats and audiences and use the results to become sharper.
• Present strategy and results to clients so they understand what works and why.

About you

• You have at least 2 years of experience with paid social, preferably from an agency.
• You see brand and performance as one thing. A good result is both more sales and a stronger brand.
• You have a sharp sense for people and can translate that into messages that hit.
• You love sitting in Ads Manager and building, testing and tweaking campaigns. You master Meta and have experience with LinkedIn and TikTok.
• You understand the full funnel, from first view to purchase, and know which message to use where.
• You manage many clients at once and have your routines in place, even when it gets busy.
• You promise what you can deliver and deliver what you promise.
• You are curious about AI and want to work with an agent that takes care of routine tasks.
