Pedagogical assistant to Filosofvængets nursery (30-36 hours per week)

Do you like to play and be at child level? And do you want to be part of a group of professionally skilled and engaged colleagues who are passionate about their profession? Then you may be the pedagogical assistant we are seeking.

Filosofvængets nursery has 72 nursery children spread across six rooms and 22 pedagogical staff. The nursery is part of Cluster NBH, which consists of six other units in the Bispebjerg/Nørrebro area.

We expect that you as a pedagogical assistant

• are engaged, curious, exude approachability and composure, can cooperate as well as be flexible, responsible and stable
• are active, initiating activities and participating in interaction with the children
• are empathetic and caring in relationship work.
• see challenges and joy in working with the 0-3-year-old child and have an interest in learning more about the child’s development and needs
• speak and write Danish, can inform as well as engage in daily dialogue with parents about their children’s well-being and daily activities
• participate in all of the house’s activities indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather

Terms of employment

The position is paid in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

If employed, references as well as criminal and child-attest checks will be obtained.

The position is 30-36 hours per week. Start date December 1, 2026 or as soon as possible.
