Then you may be the educator we are seeking for an exciting combined position in Kongebjerget, department Petersbjerggård.

We are looking for a trained educator for a permanent position of 37 hours per week. You will become part of a kindergarten group at Petersbjerggård and you will also take on a central role as a practice supervisor across both kindergarten and nursery.

The position consists of 25 hours per week as an educator on a kindergarten group and 12 hours per week as a practice supervisor across the entire Kongebjerget.

You will have your daily connection to the kindergarten, but as a practice supervisor you will support the professional development in both nursery and kindergarten.

As a practice supervisor you are a professional resource person who supports the development of high pedagogical quality and strong child communities through guidance, reflection, sparring and competency development. You will have close collaboration with the management regarding the development of pedagogical quality.

You take on an important role in supporting that our shared view of children is translated into everyday action. Through observations, dialogue and reflection you contribute to the development of learning environments where all children experience themselves as valuable participants in the community. This is in line with Kolding Municipality's shared view of children and young people, which is based on trust in children's intentions, resources and potentials.

Your tasks as a practice supervisor will include, among others

• Being a professional sparring partner for colleagues.
• Supporting the work with inclusive learning environments and strong child communities.
• Observing pedagogical practice and providing constructive feedback.
• Facilitating reflection and learning processes in the staff group.
• Contributing to the work with KIDS, evaluation and analysis of pedagogical practice.
• Participating in municipal networks for practice supervisors and communicating relevant knowledge to colleagues.
• Collaborating with management, resource persons, PPR and other partners on the development of pedagogical quality.
• Participating in development projects and professional actions across the house.

Salary and employment

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and local agreements between Kolding Municipality and BUPL.
