About the job

The Children’s House by the Track is seeking an educator for both nursery and kindergarten

Would you like to help create safe everyday lives that make sense – for children, for parents and colleagues? And would you like to work somewhere where relationships, play, professionalism and community are not just words, but something we actively shape together?

About us and the job

There is room for life, movement and curiosity – both in children and adults. We are in a positive development at The Children’s House by the Track, and you will become part of a house with a good working environment, engaged colleagues and a shared ambition to create the best conditions for children's well-being, development and participation in the community.

We aim to create a everyday life where children are met by present and clear adults who are curious about each child’s perspective, needs and intentions. We place emphasis on secure relationships and inspiring play and learning environments where children feel they belong, have the opportunity to explore the world and are supported in engaging in relationships and communities with others.

We help each other in a busy everyday life, are curious about each other’s perspectives and prioritize professional sparring and reflection. With us you are not alone with the pedagogical challenges. We examine practice together and use our different experiences and professional perspectives to become wiser about what the children need and how we best can adjust our pedagogical practice.

There must also be room for humor, diversity and the individual employee’s initiative. You will have flexible preparation time and the opportunity to plan and prioritize your administrative work yourself.

We believe that children thrive and develop best when the adults around them also thrive and succeed together. Therefore The Children’s House by the Track must be a safe and developing place to be – for children, parents and staff.
