About the job

As a weekend substitute you become an important part of the everyday life for our residents and of an engaged multidisciplinary team, where presence, structure and relationship-building are in focus.

● Support and guide residents in everyday life

● Contribute to personal care and practical tasks

● Create security, structure and good experiences

● Participate in activities and pleasant socializing with the residents

● Collaborate with colleagues on a meaningful daily life
