Physiotherapist for Health and Movement – Permanent position

As one of our employees has taken on a new job, we are seeking a qualified colleague to continue the tasks in the role. Therefore one permanent position is advertised with commencement on 1 January 2027.

Health and Movement thus seeks

• A physiotherapist for a permanent position 37 hours/week with start on 1 January 2027
• Workplace: Training Center Pandrup.

Primary tasks in the position

• Rehabilitation at the center after hospital admission under the Health Act §140. Competence areas for medical citizens, shoulder and back. Knowledge and understanding of training citizens with lumbar and/or cervical challenges is an advantage.
• Management of the health scheme for municipal employees. The offering resembles a clinical service where it is relevant to be able to diagnose and instruct in relevant training, based on the findings made. About 10 hours/week can be expected in the arrangement.
• In the team we help each other, and to a lesser extent there may be a need for help with chronic rehabilitation and prevention, e.g., GLAD Back and the like.

The Rehabilitation Group at Træningscenter Pandrup

You will join the rehabilitation group at Træningscenter Pandrup, which consists of 11 physiotherapists and 1 occupational therapist. The rehabilitation group undertakes the following tasks

• Rehabilitation in accordance with the Health Act § 140 and the Social Services Act § 86 / the Elderly Act §10.
• Physical training in the chronic disease area (COPD, Heart, Cancer, Diabetes).
• Prevention offers - Osteoporosis offers, GLAD training (training of back, knee- and hip-osteoarthritis).
• Occupational therapy advice.

We are seeking a physiotherapist who

• Has a high professional level and preferably experience from a similar position.
• Is a “team player” with the ability, willingness and positive approach to collaboration with various partners.
• Has good pedagogical and communication skills in relation to engaging in cooperation with many different types of citizens.
• Has the ability to base actions on the citizen's situation, wishes and needs and together with the citizen can create a good course.
• Has maturity, resilience, engagement and a good sense of humor in relation to collaborating with citizens and in a professional collaboration with colleagues.
• Has courage and willingness to be part of an organization in change and development.
• Is flexible regarding task solving and working hours. The main part of the tasks takes place during daytime. You are self-organizing.

Salary and employment conditions are according to the current collective agreement between KL and the negotiating organization as well as the entered preliminary agreement.
