Are you our new colleague?

Nylars nursing home is seeking an employee for an event-specific position, 37 hours per week, in rotating shifts.

There is a need for an employee to assist a specific resident, who requires one-to-one support.

Preferably an employee with pedagogical experience.

Starting as soon as possible.

At Nylars Nursing Home there are 18 residents living in their own apartments. In addition, there are two apartments used for temporary stays.

There is staff around the clock; the staff consists of Social and Health Care Assistants and Aides, Nursing home assistants, a pedagogical assistant, 1 house assistant and 2 kitchen staff.

At Nylars Nursing Home, life is lived in a community created by residents and staff; an environment carried by a respectful, friendly, humorous and patient tone. Our core task is to collaborate with the resident and support them in living an active, self-determined and dignified life.

We expect that you

• have a heart in the right place, and show a welcoming attitude and respect for the individual resident and their relatives.
• can work independently, but also engage in close interdisciplinary collaboration with your colleagues and partners - always with the residents at the center.
• are reliable and can cope in a busy daily life with a good sense of humor.
• are aware of the importance of your own way of communicating with residents with different needs.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and based on the principles of local wage formation.

The position is 37 hours per week.
