Practice coordinator sought for a large medical center with several clinics

Do you thrive with responsibility, many different tasks and a daily life where you help things to run smoothly?

We are seeking an independent and structured practice coordinator who can ensure overview and coherence in the daily operation of our medical house with several clinics.

Your primary tasks.

• Telephone triage of patient inquiries outside the clinics' phone hours and in the on-call.
• Bookkeeping, payment of invoices, contact with the auditor and payroll reporting for shared staff.
• Planning and coordination of internal on-call arrangements.
• Administrative coordination of the laboratory and the medical house's janitor.
• Contact with external partners and responsibility for joint procurement.
• Maintenance of shared instructions as well as optimization of workflows and procedures.
• Practical coordination of meetings, courses and social events.

• Have a relevant health-professional and administrative background
• Are structured, independent and good at maintaining an overview
• Have a flair for numbers, planning and coordination
• Are proactive, service-minded and good at collaboration
• Experience from general practice is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Working hours

• 28 hours per week
• Monday–Thursday at 10.00–16.00 and Friday at 12.00–16.00
