Process consultant for facilitation and change processes - with an eye for AI and automation

For Innovation and Service we are looking for a process consultant with strong relationship skills and experience with process design, facilitation and change management. You will help colleagues across KP map and improve their workflows and have an eye for where AI and automation can create value.

In Innovation and Service we drive and support prioritized change projects in close collaboration with the rest of the organization. We combine service design, process development, AI and automation. We identify user needs, develop business processes and contribute to making workflows simpler and ensuring quality.

Your task will be to help colleagues develop their workflows and understand where AI and automation can contribute. Together we will create administrative processes that make everyday life easier for our colleagues and support a good student life.

About the position

KP is one of the country’s largest educational institutions, and we work continuously with our strategy, which among other things has a strong focus on a shared ambition for coherent service and hospitality: It should be easier to be a student at KP. We will achieve this by putting students and employees at the center through a common approach to service and hospitality across departments and programs. It is an ambitious strategy that requires new ways of thinking and working as well as new methods to be tested.

Role and responsibilities

Together with colleagues out in the organization, you will develop workflows that support KP's ambition for coherent service and hospitality. You work across departments with a view to the overall process. You must be able to challenge familiar ways of working while also respecting the organization’s complexity and framework.

Your tasks will include, among others

• Map and develop workflows so they become more efficient, user-friendly and value-creating
• Plan and facilitate meetings and workshops that ensure involvement, challenge preconceived notions and lead to shared solutions and decisions
• Translate complex workflows into clear process documentation, e.g., flowcharts and guidelines
• Help colleagues identify and understand the possibilities for AI and automation in administrative processes
• Support changes and bring together different professional perspectives around common goals and coherent processes.

Your profile

You have a relevant master's degree and experience as a process consultant from a larger organization – preferably an educational institution. You have a solid methodological foundation in process development, facilitation and change management and can choose the tools that fit the task.

Innovation and Service is a small department with seven colleagues and our head, where we have an exciting professional community. Salary and employment terms

Employment begins on January 1, 2027. The working week is 37 hours.

You will be employed as a consultant or senior consultant depending on your experience and qualifications according to the Danish state employment agreement for academics . There will be opportunities to negotiate supplements based on qualifications.

The workplace is located at Tagensvej 86, 2200 Copenhagen N. There may be meetings at KP's other locations.
