Procurement Coordinator

At Actona Group we are seeking a procurement coordinator who can create an overview and ensure that tasks are followed through. You will have a central role in the daily operations of the purchasing department and become an important link between colleagues, suppliers and our organisation in China.

A central role in daily operations You will become part of the procurement department at our headquarters in Tvis. Here you will work closely with colleagues in purchasing in Denmark and China as well as colleagues in sales, logistics, quality, compliance and warehouse.

Your task is to connect the dots, keep data up-to-date and ensure progress on the many tasks that accompany a product from offer and sample to creation and delivery.

Your main tasks

• Coordinate and ensure that the necessary information is in place when new goods and variants are initiated.
• Create purchase orders and follow up on agreements and delivery times.
• Maintain prices, product information and other master data in our systems.
• Ensure a good information flow between purchasing in Denmark and China as well as sales, logistics, quality and compliance.
• Keep an eye on delays, quality reports and other deviations and ensure that they are addressed

Whether you are a recent graduate or have experience from a similar position in purchasing, the most important thing is that you work in a structured way, learn quickly and are willing to take responsibility. If you have knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, that is an advantage but not a requirement.
